By using this website or booking a service at The Yuko Spa In Andheri West, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide professional wellness and relaxation massage and spa therapies only. We do not offer any illegal, sexual or inappropriate services. Any such request or inappropriate behaviour will result in the session being ended immediately without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

2. Eligibility

Services are available only to guests aged 18 years and above. Valid ID may be requested.

The flat 20% OFF offer is valid on all therapies, must be mentioned at the time of booking, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Cancellations

Please inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

6. Prices & Payment

Prices, offers and packages may change without notice. Please confirm the current price when booking. Payment is due by cash, UPI or card.

7. Health & Safety

Please tell your therapist about any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy or recent surgery before your session. Our therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests must treat our staff with respect. We may refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves inappropriately.

9. Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
